Will kehrt nach einigen Jahren Schulaufenthalt wieder in seine alte Heimatstadt Little Monica zurück, um dort seine Freunde aus Kindertagen wiederzutreffen. Aber ihm fällt auf, dass Little Monica nicht mehr das ist, was es mal war – von Schönheit und Kultur ist nämlich nichts mehr so, wie er es in Erinnerung hat.

Seit der diabolische Kajo an der Macht ist, hat sich die Stadt in einen Sündenpfuhl entwickelt und nun ist es eine Stadt, in der beispielsweise Stripper wie Meow richtig gut Geld verdienen. So eine Sexshow lässt sich selbst Will nicht entgehen und so lernt er dann auch Meow kennen. Aber kann er sich dem neuen lustvollen Lifestyle der einstmaligen ruhigen Stadt gänzlich entziehen? Kann Little Monica wieder so werden, wie er es kannte?
