Locke confronts Lord Leon, an ESPer space pirate out for revenge against a corrupt corporate baron.

Es ist das Jahr 336 auf dem Planeten Sieren. In der Stadt Innex unterrichtet die blinde Flora Rain an einer Grundschule. Flora ist bei allen enorm beliebt und genießt ein friedliches Leben in der Stadt. Zufällig trifft sie auf ein Jungen namens Locke. Dieser hat zahlreiche Superkräfte, obwohl er diese eher verheimlicht, um die Menschen glauben zu lassen, dass er ein ganz normaler Teenager sei. Eines Tages wird Locke von Major Caliann besucht und gebeten, ihn bei seinen Untersuchungen im Falle Lordleon zu unterstützen. Lordleon und seine Weltraumpiraten haben das Astoria-Unternehmen angegriffen. Der Vorsitzende Great Georg hat diesen Vorfall aber nicht der Union gemeldet, sodass diese nun Ermittlungen gegen Lordleon betreiben.
